Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute strategies for overseas markets based on brand positioning and global strategy.
• Create annual and quarterly plans, ensuring brand tone consistency and global growth.
• Monitor trends and create localized content strategies for target markets.

Content Creation & Communication

• Lead the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Supervise social media activities and ensure brand communication goals are met.
• Manage major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to increase engagement and fan base.

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor social media performance and report on key metrics (fan growth, engagement, etc.).
• Optimize strategies based on data to improve brand exposure and conversions.
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to adjust strategies.

Budget & Resource Management

• Plan and manage budgets for social media operations.
• Oversee external suppliers/agencies for advertising, events, and technical support.
• Manage brand experts/artist resources to enhance brand equity.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Lead social media teams, provide guidance, and manage performance.
• Work with planning, design, marketing, PR, and operations teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing efforts

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, especially in retail/consumer goods.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and advertising.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and team management skills.
• Strategic planning and market insight abilities, adaptable to different environments.
• Strong data analysis skills for decision-making.
• Fluent in English.
