Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Back Office departments and Business Units to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Standardize, update, and coordinate the implementation of master policies and internal procedures across all Business Units.
Support and participate in company-wide digital transformation initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Main Duties:
Coordinate and support Business Units in complying with policies and procedures issued by Back Office departments.
Collect feedback and operational needs from Business Units and work with relevant departments to optimize workflows.
Review, manage, and propose improvements to internal policies to align with business goals and actual operations.
Participate in the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, automation initiatives, and process optimizations.
Support internal communication activities related to policies, procedures, and operational projects.
Track and compile regular reports for management on operational efficiency and issues between Back Office and Business Units.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably within mid to large-sized companies).
Solid understanding of corporate operations, policy governance, and Back Office functions.
Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
