1. Monthly Payroll:
- Work closely with Admin of each Dept. to make sure for receiving and check monthly working time from SSC & DC, ensure the hard copy with fully signatures of Head of Dept. or CEO before input on payroll.
- Ensure to pay salary to all employees at the end of month.
- Send pay-slip to all employees 2 days after the end of the month.
- Save all documents regarding to the monthly payroll in HR Storage after 5-day from as the end of the month.
- Answer all concern about salary.
2. New employee:
- Work closely with Recruitment team to receive the information of new employee on time as agreement between C&B and Recruitment and key all information of new employee to master file (excel) and A/X system.
- Creating P-file for each new employee and save it in HR storage.
3. Resigned employee:
- Record information of resigned employee to master file (excel) and A/X system.
- Strictly comply the resignation procedure and process.
- Make the resignation decision letter within 15-day as from the last working day.
- Make sure to process the final payment for employee.
4. Leave: record leave form on A/X system, create leave report, follow and provide report to Head of Dept. when needed.
5. Personal Income Tax (PIT):
- Work closely with new employee and Recruitment team to open the new PIT code for new employee.
- Submit monthly PIT to Tax System and Finance on before 20th of the month.
- Guide to employee about the dependent registration procedure and submit to Tax after 5-day as from receiving full information from employee.
- Prepare data for yearly PIT finalization as required from direct manager.
6. Social, health, accident and unemployment insurance (SHUI):
- Follow the company rule and law required to prepare the data for monthly increase /decrease report on time.
- Receive the Health insurance card and new SI book and make sure to deliver to employee after 5-day as from receiving date from SHUI Dept.
- Closed SI book, make report to submit to SHUI Dept., and return to resigned employee after 5-day as from receiving date from SHUI Dept.
7. Labor contract:
- Ensure all SSC and DC’s employees have labor contract and been saved in P-file.
- Inform Head of Dept. who has employee will be expired before 2-month as from the expired labor contract.
- Prepare the labor contract, get signatures before 5-day and deliver to employee within 7-day after the expired labor contract/probation time.
8. Internal and external report:
- Prepare data for monthly Finance report before 5th of the month.
- Quarterly PIT report for PIT Certificate
- Quarterly Expat report to Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Monthly report of labor fluctuation to Center for Employment Services HCMC, semi-annual report of labor fluctuation and occupational accident to Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs
9. Cooperation Pharmacist (DSHT):
- Work with Recruitment team to make sure all DSHT has necessary documents as the company/legal required and have agreement before starting date.
- Make monthly payment and transfer to DSHT before 15th of the month.
10. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
11. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Education
College or Bachelor Degree
Professional major
Prefer Business Administration, Accounting
2nd language ability
Communication English
Computer usage ability
MS. Office (word, excel, power-point)
Related experiences
At least 02 years working experience in Human Resource Management at the same position level.

- Careful, honest, good knowledge of Labor law, Social Insurance Law, HR policies and procedures.
