Control deductions in salary (mandatory insurance, accounting, and personal income tax)
Complete monthly payroll calculation.
In charge of labor contract termination procedures (checking resignation applications, calculating resignation pay, closing records for resigned employees, and notifying temporary suspension of system access, etc.)
Surveying information of resigned employees.

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Sciences
- Proficiency in office computer
- Managemental experience in the administrative field in large-scale manufacturing companies
- Understanding the requirements about customers' standards for the garment industry is an advantage.
