- Finding potential clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Comprehending client requirements, and negotiating recruitment conditions, Contract Conditions if needed
- Making quotation, service contract to send to the clients.
- Following up with existing clients, Developing new customers by phone call, email, and having a meeting
- Making JD on internal system then share it for career advisor to find suitable candidates.
- Cooperating with colleagues in sourcing, CV screening, arranging interviews, negotiating offer salary amount
- Following up with customers for feedback after introducing candidates, doing necessary action until the finished recruitment process
- Graduated from University.
- At least 2 years of B2B Sales Experience including Development of new clients
- English: Intermediate level
- Good at doing multi tasks at the same time.
- Being interested in the HR industry.
Prefer:
- Having sales experience in service industry such as Logistic, Human Resources consultant, Marketing, etc industry.
