Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints, maintaining Ly Gia Vien’s voice and commitment to quality, innovation, and culinary empowerment.
Internal Communications: Develop and distribute internal communications to keep the team informed and aligned with the company’s mission, goals, and updates.
Customer Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate feedback mechanisms, including customer surveys and loyalty programs, to gather insights and maintain strong customer relationships.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and brand reach to continually optimize communication strategies.
