1. Job Overview
The Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Officer primary responsibility is administering the company’s payroll and benefit programs.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. C&B
· Executing monthly attendance for payroll to ensure accuracy
· Executing SHUI and PIT process for all employees
· Managing labor contracts, personal profile for all employees
· Contacting point for medical care program and liaise with broker
· Supporting the exit process for all employees
· Supporting employee in any concern related to policy
· Conducting monthly reports related to C&B
· Review and updating site C&B policy and deployment
· Ensure minimum wage compliance with law and market compatible
· Monitor OT to align with the labor laws and policy
· Digitalize C&B data for system simplification and for employee
· PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act)
2.2. HRIS
· Updating staffs’ database in timely and accurate manner in HRIS system
2.3. HR Admin
· Managing HR admin activities
· Supporting in organizing HR and admin activities/ events
· Managing employee’s exit procedure by self or by delegated staff
· Record and track employee exit interview data to conduct analysis to identify trends or situations that need training, counseling or policy refinements.
· Record and report turnover data and causes
· Ensure exit procedure completed as per applicable labor regulations and company policies
· Improving existing related HR processes/procedure or developing new ones to ensure better service delivery standards, meeting company’s needs and labor law compliance
· Maintaining HR Master data and providing reports (Manning hour, headcount, absenteeism, turn over….)
2.4. Others
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
· Adhere Company Quality systems
· Adhere Company Safety Rules
Possible KPIs
· % of payroll accuracy (right-at-first-time rate, rework rate…)
· # of payroll related incidents (sending to wrong recipient, late payroll payment…)
· % compliance on legal requirements about labor contract, compensation, benefits, settlement for governmental insurances (labor audit score; # of non-compliance cases)
· # reduction in Employee Relations incidents (complaints, strikes, slack-offs, lawsuits…)
· % HR related reports completed on time with accuracy (right at first time, on time)
· % Employee satisfaction with HR processes/procures in Employee Survey
· % Work completion as per plan (design and deploy C&B programs/initiatives)
· Level of satisfaction for work/service done (evaluated by supervisor and/or related departments as “customer’s feedback”)

4. Education and working experience required
4.1. Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
4.2. Experience:
4.2.1. Professional experience: preferably 3-year experience in HR
4.2.2. Leadership experience: N/A
