Responsibilities
Content Management
Prepare and manage datasets of regular expressions (RegEx) to enhance the voice robot’s understanding of natural language.
Participate in training artificial intelligence systems.
Translation
Translate scripts used by the bot between English and Vietnamese.
Translate datasets between English and Vietnamese.
Prepare and review voice recordings.
Coordinate with speakers for recording script lines in English or Vietnamese.
Evaluate recording quality and ensure accuracy.
Upload voice recordings into the robot’s database.
Testing
Conduct tests to verify the accuracy of the bot’s performance.
Resolve incidents and correct errors discovered during testing.
Collaborate with script designers and developers to enhance the bot's performance and functionality.
Analysis
Analyze the outcomes of calls made by the robot.
Identify and resolve issues, correcting errors detected during analysis.
Campaign Management
Configure project parameters according to client requirements.
Launch and manage dialing campaigns.
Prepare reports on the results of campaigns.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements
Fluency in English.
Native Vietnamese language proficiency.
Experience in working with text content in English and/or Vietnamese is recommended.
Proficiency in computer skills, familiarity with modern technology, high typing speed, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
Understanding of RegEx and JSON syntax or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail, perseverance, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
Work experience in IT companies.
Experience as an interpreter or translator.
