1- Supervise the ORDER processing performance (below details) of team members
Receive customers’ orders from Sale team and/or from customers directly, then create Sale Orders (SO) in SAP.
Make sure all emails/message are answered on rush orders and expedites and make sure orders completed before cut off time to ensure 100% fulfillment all orders are prepared as required.
Sort entered orders; make changes or cancel orders/backorders when required.
Manage inventory by checking in-out cargo flow in the warehouse, making a transfer to fulfil stock in own cross docking warehouse in time.
Manage daily invoices and current systems applied in the company.
Co-ordinate with the internal teams (Sale/Commercial/Warehouse/Finance) to proceed smoothly the whole process of a Sales Order.
Ensure good performance on Order Desk function related on-time SO creation, SO accuracy, Customer satisfaction, etc
2- Perform and supervise the Customer Service & Reporting activities
Actively call customers to propose new products and/or specials and products offerings thereby promoting incremental sales.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information or customers’ complaints such as ship dates or other questions and co-ordinate with other internal teams to handle until it is solved.
Prepare order desk SOPs and other admin tasks for further improvement in order processes.
Perform sale report/ operation project as requested by management team.
Performs all other essential jobs related duties as required.

College graduate in related majors.
At least 5 years working in Customer service, Warehouse operations or similar position.
Preferably a good working knowledge and understanding of SAP system.
Self-improvement, teamwork, coordination and working dependently and under high pressure.
Detail and result oriented.
Ability to speak and write basic English and have good computer skills.
