1. Manage new orders in system: process, sequence, send proforma.
2. Manage pending orders, consolidate orders and fulfill the shipment.
3. Follow up with Logistics and Fulfillment team to ensure booking/ stock available for outbound shipments.
4. Interface with customers and sales representative to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service function.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
6. Alerts customers on shipment issues in advance.
7. Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
9. Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned.
10. At all-time comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
1. Education:
University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics.
2. Experience:
· At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
· Experience in customer service in manufacturing companies is a plus.

3. Knowledge of:
· Knowledge of Import/Export Customs and Shipping Documentation.
· Knowledge of Furniture Industry is an advance.
· Advanced knowledge/experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Skype).
4. Skills and Abilities
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)
· Proficiency in the management of resources.
· Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.
· Strong competence in the use of technology and software applications including MS, ERP
· Familiar with maintaining customer database.
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
