- Overall in charges of contract and SOP/KPIs management, forwarding and transportation bidding/quotations, customers’ requirements, overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.
- Manage, supervise and give direction to staff in details to maximize usage of trucks for strengtheng service quality and reducing overhead cost.
- Responsible for administration and service performance inclusive of mornitoring human, truck team, spare parts, fuel, deposit for drivers, pre-paid to ports …
- Identify opportunities for SOP and process improvements.
- Have meeting with overseas and local customers
- Manage the whole operation process of Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Understand customers’ needs to advise appropriate solutions that enable customers to enjoy the full benefit of comprehensive services.
- Solve high level problems and respond customers’ complex calls about service questions and general customer concerns.
- Be responsible for maintaining good relationships and a high level of professionalism with customers.
- Train new employees based on experience and skill.
- Qualification level: Bachelor in foreign trade, transportation, economic or related logistics.
- Strong knowledge regarding export - import
- Proficiency in English communication. Chinese is a plus.
- Good at MS and related software.
- At least 5 years experience in industrial forwarding or logistics and equivalent level.
- Ability to lead, plan up, analyse and solve troubles.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
