- Provide technical advice and support for various corporate IT systems, data management and order process to internal departments and external vendors

- Acquire, analyze, design and implement EDI development and business or system workflow from clients and collaborate with regional IT and internal departments to achieve project objectives

- Participate in testing and defect management to ensure the quality of any development

- Efficiently track, monitor and report project implementation status by regular basis to ensure project deliverables on schedule

- Provide documentation and training and ongoing support to users

- Manage internal IT projects and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors with minimum supervision

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

         - Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

         - 3 to 5 years in system implementation and support relevant experience

         - Programming experience with Javascript, Java, groovy and SQL

         - Familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, project management tool (like JIRA and Smartsheet) and data management tool

         - Knowledge on EDI, XML, JSON, API

         - Experience with software Engineering or software development will be an advantage

         - Experience with business transformation and generative AI is a solid advantage

         - Strong sense of work responsibility, team spirit, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

         - Effective communication and good interpersonal skills

         - Good command of both written and spoken English or  Chinese, conversational Cantonese and Mandarin
