Develop business development and sales strategies for 3PL services, including Warehousing & Value-Added Services, Transportation, Freight, Cross-border, CTL, and other 3PL services, targeting expanding services new customers.
Conduct market research to design effective solutions for winning bids and align with the company's business plan for each period. Suggest pricing strategies and ensure the right access directions and flexible supporting services for various customer types and goods.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster business growth and retention.
Lead the process of acquiring new customers by offering competitive pricing and services, while also nurturing existing customer relationships to meet sales targets and contribute to country gross profit.
Actively communicate and share service requirements with the operations team and related departments to ensure proper costing.
Collaborate flexibly and proactively with operations teams to develop cost-effective solutions for RFQs.
Report directly to the Country BD Manager.
Location Requirements: This position requires work at BOTH locations: Ho Chi Minh City and Thuận An, Bình Dương. Transportation is provided for pick-up daily from District 3 to Bình Dương. Please take this into consideration before applying. Addresses:
