The Digital & Platform Management Manager will oversee digital platforms and projects related to Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Oncology, omnichannel marketing, data marketing, and other digital initiatives in order to quickly transfer business modernization. This role focuses on improving patient care, increasing healthcare professional engagement, and helping the General Director and LST modernize the business based on HQ’s and regional directives.

1. Platform Management:
• Collaborate with ALA (Asia Latain Aemerica region) regional teams, member affiliates, potential local partners, KOLs, and third-party entities to customize and localize digital content for various platforms, making them pertinent and accessible to the Vietnamese demographic.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Eisai Vietnam's product portfolio relevant to Alzheimer's and dementia care.
• Integrate Cogmate with other cognitive tools or Alzheimer's platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct training sessions for HCPs, Eisai staff, and customers on the use of the Cogmate platform, Alzheimer's and dementia care best practices, and the latest research findings.
• Evaluate user data to gain insights and inform strategic decisions, ensuring the platforms meet the needs of their users effectively.
2. HCP engagement & Strategies
• Work with Marketing teams to promote the platform among HCPs and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and encouraging platform use for patient benefit.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and support patients and their families, ensuring the platforms meet their needs and improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the platform's impact, aligning with Eisai Vietnam's goals.
• Strengthen partnerships with academic, professional, and healthcare organizations to expand the platform's reach and effectiveness.
3. Other responsibilities
• Create and execute strategies to enhance customer and patient engagement across digital channels (web, mobile, social media) for a smooth user experience.
• Show strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal stakeholders (BU, Medical, HR, Finance) and external partners to align and integrate digital initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate new digital trends and technologies to improve business operations and patient engagement.
• Lead and manage digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for the successful implementation of digital solutions and engagement strategies with proactive project management behavior within the CNS and Oncology portfolio .
• Support line manager and Legal & Compliance Manager to ensure the Cogmate platform or any AD Platform is included in the company's business license updates (IRC, ERC) and complies with local laws and regulations.
• Assist the EVN hhc Manager/IDS Head in building and maintaining an hhc ecosystem to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery in Vietnam.
- A Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with exposure to Alzheimer's or dementia-related roles.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Profound understanding of the Alzheimer's disease and dementia, CNS environment in Vietnam, including aspects of patient care, treatment options, and HCP’s requirements.
- Adept in managing digital ptforms, content localization, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates a passion for the business and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Working conditions: 8:30- 5:30 Monday to Friday
