- Manage customer 's demand and market share
- Annual price and allocation discussion with customer.
- Study competitor's business: strengths and weakness, allocation with customers to withdraw more demand for company.
- New project RFQ, leading project development.
- Annual business plan set up and control
- Long term resources preparation
- Decide production volume, COO for mutual production models.
- MRP System control
- Internal Selling management
- Lead Vietnam Sales team
- Take care all customer's visit.
- Budget management.
- Graduated from University (prefer Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunication & Electronics majors)
- English: Upper Intermediate level
- At least 2 - 3 years experience as Sales Manager, Sales Assistant Manager or equivalent for electronics products.
- Having telecommunication products knowledge.
- Having experience in team management.
- Having good relationship with global OEMs: Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, AT&T, Jio, etc
- Customer Service mindset
- Project Leading experience.
