Mô tả Công việc


1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

· Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.

· Conduct onsite visits and facility tours to assess client requirements and propose customized service offerings.

· Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on logistics best practices and value-added services.

. Target potential customers though market research and knowledge and manage pipeline

2.Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

. Manage personnel of domestic department in accordance with the company's rules as well as build a team of solidarity, loyalty and professionalism during working process.

. Make plan, organize to fulfill CEO instructions.

. Build business strategy, communication strategy, brand development and customer service plan.

. Set up and use budget of sales, delivery and customer service in the most effective way.

. Take full responsibility for business results, to ensure achievement that company's target.

. Accept to be transferred, assigned, arranged tasks by manager to be suitable with company business situation.

3. Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.This position will manage and coordinate all activities of team under guidance of CEO such as promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.

. Construction communicate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target

. Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


. Fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint – and the ability to learn internal programs.

. Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Maritime, Business or related field.

. At least 3 to 5 years managerial experience in E-commerce major ; 3-5 years' experience of working as Sales/Business Development in Logistics/Supply Chain;

. Proven track record of success in field sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.

. Analyze approach to identify opportunities.

. Have experience in building and successfully implementing business strategies.

. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing decision-makers.

. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Knowledge of Chinese experience  is an advantage.


**Working Hours:**

From Monday to Friday:

- Morning: 08:00 - 12:00

- Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00

- Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00

- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.

Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
