1. Responsible for E-commerce business KPI. Create and execute business plan to achieve our target.
2. Budget and resources management, fulfill better sales performance with reasonable ROI. Create onsite and offsite MKT plan with MKT team.
3. Work closely with e-commerce platforms and enablers, manage and improve the profit/traffic/CR/PSI, etc.
4. Set product strategy for e-commerce, ensure successful product performance for new product launch and campaigns.
5. Collect and analyze business trends, share market insights with internal team and adjust our product/platform strategies based on those insights.
1. Proficient either in English or Mandarin Chinese is a must. Mandarin is preferable.
2. 1~2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce. Has the experience in categories like mobile, electronics or home appliances.
3. Has understanding about SEA E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and Xiaomi products.
4. Agile thinking, strong communication skills, proactively work and collaborate across departments, willing to accept the challenge, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
