Job Purpose Reporting to both the Management in Vietnam and the Corporate Finance Team in Hong Kong, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of financial and accounting operations at our joint venture factory in Vietnam. Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective internal controls, managing cash flow, and developing financial budgets. Additionally, you will formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the establishment and replication of the financial and accounting reporting systems at the factory to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Review / implement proper internal control in operational SOP.
Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, manufacturing costing analysis, tax reports, and other statutory documents, including monthly and annual P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements, ensuring all accounts and reports adhere to statutory requirements and accounting standards.
Spearhead the monitoring and forecasting of cash flow, determining and controlling the optimal structure of the company's liabilities and capital. Effectively manage company funds while mitigating financial risks.
Oversee the preparation of corporate income tax (CIT) finalization reports, monitoring all tax-related issues to ensure comprehensive compliance.
Provide support and guidance during both external and internal audits, and advise on tax-related matters and concerns.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the corporate and factory management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a qualification of ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in weaving factory.
Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting practices, standards, tax regulations, and related statutory requirements.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to be stationed in Vietnam; the Company will provide two sets of air tickets for home visits, along with accommodation and meals.
