The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, guiding the company’s financial strategy, ensuring financial health, and supporting decision-making processes at the executive level. This role will involve managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investment strategies, and financial risk management to drive the growth and profitability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its long-term business objectives.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and targets.
Provide financial insights and strategic advice to the executive team to support decision-making.
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the financial performance of the organization.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that financial targets are met.
Lead the development of financial models for various business units and initiatives within the hospitality group.
Monitor and adjust financial plans based on performance and market conditions.
Financial Reporting:
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Present regular financial performance reports to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory financial requirements, including tax and accounting standards.
Cash Flow & Capital Management:
Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational and strategic investments.
Oversee capital expenditures and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Evaluate financing options and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Risk Management:
Identify financial and operational risks, and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Oversee insurance policies, credit facilities, and other risk management practices.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and HR, to support business strategies and goals.
Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions:
Assess and advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships in the hospitality sector.
Provide due diligence on potential business ventures and contribute to the negotiation and integration process.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with at least 5 years in the hospitality industry or a related sector.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within large organizations.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on business growth and profitability.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
