Works with the DoN in planning and coordinating with all IPD support services to ensure that the highest degree of patient satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness are observed.
Works with all departments involved in IPD support services to ensure completeness of amenities and supplies inside patient rooms.
Works with Nurse/Midwife Managers and Nursing Supervisor on Duty (NSOD) to maintain cost control and waste prevention system for human resources, supplies, linens and cleaning supplies.
Works with NSOD to ensure that patients, their significant other, and hospital staff follow hospital policies regarding Waste Management, Linen Management, and Facilities Management.
Provides inputs to DoN regarding IPD budget preparation and budget management.
Provides regular report (daily, monthly, and as needed) to DoN regarding issues and updates about IPD room management in terms of hospital service, facilities, and F&B.
Attend to trainings and meetings as necessary.

Oversees and coordinates the cleaning of IPD Rooms and premises on a daily basis and as the need arises.
Monitors, checks, and maintains standards of cleanliness of IPD Rooms on a daily basis.
Coordinates with Hospital Service to ensure that IPD have enough linen supply for current and incoming patients.
Coordinates with Hospital Service for an efficient management of hospital wastes from IPD.
2 Cơ sở vật chất/ Facility
Ascertains that patient rooms are well prepared for patient admission at any given time and arranges staff to provide room after care subsequent to patient discharge.
Ensures that room amenities are complete, functioning properly, and in excellent condition.
Coordinates with relevant personnel to ensure that patient room supplies are adequate.
3 Dịch vụ ăn uống/ Foods and Beverages
Coordinates with F&B to ensure efficiency in the provision of patient meals and collection of used meal utensils from patients.
