- To assist Gojek’s customers (end-users) via non-call and call channels.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and solutions by using the right methods/tools.
- Go to the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with Customer Service Team leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Having at least 6 months experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
- Being good at English speaking (no interruption, clear pronunciation) and writing is required.
