- Provide exceptional guest service, adhering to The Deck standards.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and organized flow.
- Manage reservations and the booking system, collaborating with the cashier.
- Proactively promote events, spaces, and special offers.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
