What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operations Supervision & Leadership:

• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor 3 HR & Admin staff to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Strategic HR & Organizational Development

• Organizational Design: Drive restructuring, headcount planning, and succession planning.

• Competency & 3P: Build and optimize competency frameworks and 3P compensation systems.

• Performance & Strategy: Execute KPI/OKR frameworks and partner with the BOD on change management.

• Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Direct end-to-end recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent for international roles.

Who We’re Looking For:

• University degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law.

• 5–7 years of experience in a managerial position.

• Proven track record working in Trading, Distribution, Wholesale, or Import/Export industries

• Skills expertise in OD tools & methodologies: 3P Salary System, Competency Frameworks, KPI/OKR/BSC implementation, and Organizational Restructuring.

• At Least 2–3 years in an HRBP, OD Lead, or HR Manager role.
