Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Admin Staff to oversee daily administrative operations while also supporting various HR functions. This role provides an opportunity for career development into HR Generalist tasks such as payroll, social insurance, tax, visa & work permits, depending on your abilities and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

• Oversee office supplies and equipment, including procurement, distribution, and maintenance.
• Control admin expenses and manage the office budget.
• Track office assets and coordinate with accounting for annual inventory checks.
• Support internal events (holidays, birthdays, team-building).

HR Generalist Support (Career Growth Opportunity, based on your skills and preferences)

• Assist with payroll processing, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and personal income tax (PIT).
• Support visa & work permit applications for foreign employees.
• Handle additional HR tasks .

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on broader HR responsibilities.
• Feel at ease when communicating in English
