- Monthly PIT report
4. Offboarding:
- General process
- Final payment
- SI book close
5. Others:
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly reports related to C&B function
- Prepare all the decisions relating to salary/allowance/ promotion/ transferring/ relocation, etc. of C&B function
- Preparing letter of confirmation of Salary, Labor contract, Employee condition, etc. as per employee requirement
- Labor Contract renewal & manage hardcopy files of employees
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- Graduated from University
- Background on Human Resources
- Microsoft Office skill
- Basic English
- Honest, self-motivated, enthusiasm, responsibilities and hardworking.
