The HR Intern will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment activities and supporting our hiring operations:
• Post job openings across various online platforms and job boards.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview outcomes and communicate results to candidates.
• Work with external vendors on recruitment-related matters.
• Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools is a plus.
• Experienced in mass recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to use Canva for creating recruitment materials and job postings is required.
• Able to work full time in 3 months.
• Able to provide Internship Recommendation Letter (with stamp) from University.
