✅ Lead recruitment activities and workforce planning to support business growth
✅ Develop and implement training programs, training matrices, and employee development initiatives
✅ Design and manage competency assessment frameworks for technical and office employees
✅ Establish and maintain career paths, succession planning, and talent development programs
✅ Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Partner with Management to identify workforce capability gaps and develop improvement plans
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
▪ Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and talent development
▪ Strong experience in Training & Development and Competency Assessment
▪ Experience in building Career Path and Succession Planning programs
▪ Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices
▪ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
▪ English communication skills are preferred
