Follow up labor contract, notify the expiration of Labor contract.
Following staff hiring and resignation process
HSE-Compliance:
Monitor, update and store data on waste, office electricity and water.
Update and follow MSDS.
Check internal operations at factories and offices to ensure compliance with Labor Law and customer standards (labor safety; labor hygiene; working hours; 5S…)
Periodic health check activities, fire drills/ Health check, fire drills
Work related to fire prevention/Fight fighting.
Collaborate with other departments to take improvement actions according to customer standards/labor laws and compliance requests by Manager.
Following training plan annual
Take action to improve compliance with management requirements.

Documents are kept according to company regulations and complaince

Education: Bachelor's degree
Have at least 2 years of experience in HR with strong knowledge and experience in business administration.
Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and HR-related law and Labor market.
Have experience in preparing documents and on site when auditing and evaluating manufacturing.
Language: English communication
Microsoft office: Good at Excel; Word; Outlook.
