Serve as a bridge to connect colleagues and instill company culture practices; build a safe, transparent, and continuous-improvement working environment.
Collaborate closely with departments to provide timely advice and support in resolving employee-related matters.
Support departments in adapting to organizational restructuring, new policies, processes, or technologies.
Coordinate the execution of the performance management process.
Talent Search & Employer Branding
Talent Search: Coordinate planning and execution of mass talent search to meet business operational demands.
Develop sourcing channels: Build and expand practical talent search networks (vocational schools, local employment centers, internal referral programs, etc.).
Coordinate events to enhance employer branding and internal employee engagement activities.
Training and Development
Coordinate needs assessments, design, and implement training programs (technical skills, soft skills, occupational safety).
Identify high-potential employees (HiPos), develop Individual Development Plans (IDP) to build a pipeline for key positions.
Coordinate leadership capability development programs for managers and supervisors.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Lead the handling of employee discipline, grievances, dispute resolution, and maintain a healthy working environment.
Monitor adherence to Labor Law, internal working rules, occupational safety, labor contracts, social insurance, and personal income tax (PIT).
Coordinate the implementation of salary, bonus, and welfare systems, along with job evaluation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across departments.
Strong active listening and empathy skills.
Negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
Deep understanding of business operations with the ability to align HR strategies with business/production objectives.
Proficient in processes and capable of handling labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
English Proficiency: TOEIC 700+, IELTS 5.5+, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Preferred: Direct experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Retail chains with large-scale workforces.
