As part of our continued growth in Vietnam, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead strategic partnerships with the country's largest livestock producers and integrated farming companies.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with major poultry and swine integrations, feed mills, and large commercial farming operations. You will identify business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver value-driven solutions that help customers improve productivity, animal health, and profitability.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic account management, consultative selling, technical collaboration, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across corporate livestock organizations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Expand Alivira's market share within the poultry and swine sectors.

Commercial Development

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, supply agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support long-term customer growth.

Consultative Selling

  • Work closely with the Technical Team to provide value-based veterinary solutions.
  • Organize technical seminars, farm trials, and product demonstrations.
  • Help customers improve disease prevention, biosecurity, and production performance.

Credit & Business Management

  • Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding receivables.
  • Support timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure healthy financial performance across assigned accounts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, disease trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide market insights and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the animal health or animal nutrition industry.
  • Proven success managing key accounts within Vietnam's poultry or swine industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Deep understanding of intensive livestock production systems.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
