1. Roles and responsibilities:
– Setting the good relationship with head Chef of 5 star hotel to build up the stratergy in 2024
– Leading 1 staff to widen the business of 5 hotel – fill up 70-80% item list for the customers
– Having good relationship with the concerns in the hotel to update the competitors
– Creative new plan to approve the development of hotel in the tendency of the market
– Focusing only in the 5 hotel list to build the stable business
– Ability to plan the business of 5 hotel such as sourcing the new items , creative the new idea to cooperate with the customers
2. KPI to be achieved
– Approve KIP team
– Planning business for each quarter
– Forecast the potential items for team
3. Behaviors competencies (Required to achieve results)
– Understading the customers’ business
– Open-mind to keep the good relationship with the customers
– Easy-going and loving working outside
– Fluently English compulsory and another lanaguage priority
Requirement:
– Degree in Hospitality or Management Business
– Fluently English compulsory and another lanaguage priority
– At least 3 years of working experience in Food Service or Beverage Industry
– Good communicateion skill (both English & Vietnamese)
– Japanese language will be prior
– Open- minded and easy- going
– Good Appearance and the age from 28 to 35 ( single will be prior)
– Patient and hard - working
