Develop relationships with high-quality influencers through various channels, negotiate, and establish collaborations to promote the company’s brand and products.
Coordinate with internal teams to select the right influencers based on project needs, and assist other channel operations to enhance product exposure and brand awareness, achieving collective operational goals.
Manage and optimize the entire collaboration project process, including initial contact, negotiation, contract signing, and effective follow-up.
Monitor, analyze, and report key indicators and results of influencer collaborations, compile influencer content resources, and complete periodic data reports, continuously optimizing placement combinations and frequencies to enhance overall dissemination effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth research on the Viet Nam social media market and provide strategic feedback regarding target audiences and the competitive environment.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or a related field; experience with foreign influencer resources or related MCN experience is preferred.
Familiar with major social media platforms in Vietnam, understand internet content trends, and have a good aesthetic sense and ability to capture content trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good cooperative relationships with influencers from diverse backgrounds.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, and proficient in using English as a working language.
Detail-oriented, responsible, highly initiative, and capable of learning new things.
