Develop and implement maintenance strategies for company machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance technician team to ensure work is carried out according to processes and technical standards.
Collaborate with relevant departments to identify maintenance, upgrades, and improvement needs for equipment serving production and store operations.
Establish and execute preventive maintenance procedures to minimize breakdown risks and optimize operating costs.
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, proposing upgrades and system optimization solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire prevention, and protection during maintenance and repair activities.
Manage the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and propose financial optimization measures.
Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure maintenance quality and schedules meet requirements.
Train and develop the technical team to enhance professional skills and work efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of technical systems in the F&B and FMCG industries is an advantage.
Experience in working with safety and fire prevention standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making abilities.
