· Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account, including but not limited to accruals, prepaid expenses, cost of goods sold, utilities, rental fee, IT, FA…), check variance & resolve all arising issues
· Review tax reports monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...)
· Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
· Coordinate with accountant in house collect data, cross check and provide internal audit, external audit, tax officer, custom officer when necessary.
· As a team member of Project team for integration system seller center to Accounting system related to Revenue, Promotion, Sales deduction, COGs, Inventory, Vat output.
· Other tasks assign by Accounting Manager, BOD
1. Education background requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualifications.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
· 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.
· Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology environment is highly desirable
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
· Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
· Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
