We are looking for a Account Manager based in Hanoi, with details as follows:
Business Development:
Build Business Development Team to drive customer/partnership acquisitions, retention and revenue growth.
Collaborate with teams to develop effective marketing strategies, campaigns and pricing models.
Lead sales team to achieve sales target.
Conduct customer care services within assigned market.
Product Development and Improvement:
Collaborate with other team to deliver products and services to clients.
Oversee the relationship and process for each client and collaborate with Product and Content Team to improve continuously.
Other:
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, or a related field.
Preffered candidates with experiences in education, edtech domain.
Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly, manage to achieve targets actively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and opportunities.
Passion for education and interest in leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
