Job Descriptions:
1. Manage, operate Bac Ninh office
- Responsible for the general management and administration of all activities of the Branch.
- Propose, implement, participate in the development, supplementation and completion of mechanisms, policies, regulations, the Company's business processes.
- Monitor the business and financial situation at the branch. Report to the Corporation as prescribed.
2. Logistics Sales Management
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans for the branch.
- Responsible for the branch's business results.
- Coordinate with departments to promptly handle difficulties and problems in the process of job implementation work to come up with solutions.
- Customer management and development.
- Organize trade and investment promotion events at the request of the company.
- Seek for new customers.
- Expand sales team, train & support sales staffs.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years in sales logistics/ forwarding.
2. At least 5 years Experience in leading sales team of 10 ~ 20 members.
3. Good English
4. Good organisation, leadership, planning,...
5. Living in Bac Ninh is a plus.
