Planning, performing and implementing process improvement/ process development for assigned projects/ requirements from Line Manager/ Board of Director, including but not limited to preparation for system implementation, documentation if required;
Be expert to apply knowledge of business process modelling notations to documenting processes;
Analyze current processes, historical information and related data to recommend optimized solutions in an effort to improve quality and customer experience;
Provide post implementation support to troubleshoot processes’ problems if any;
Establish performance indicators to monitor and measure process performance;
Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with relevant departments including process owners, functional and technical team members and users…, especially with relevant management levels i.e. Deputy Managers, Head of Departments;
Prepare regular reports following requirement of Process Analysis Deputy Manager, support other tasks assigned by Process Analysis Deputy Manager;
Support other team members in process management and the team goals.

Graduated university with good result
Major in banking or finance is a plus
Be good in English skills
Be proficient in office computer skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Worked on banking/ finance area(s) or relevant areas at least 3 years
Having creative and logical thinking to perform root cause analysis and brainstorm solutions
Proactively handle assigned tasks
Proactively propose, prepare, cooperate and apply improvements
Be enthusiastic and careful in work
Be a good team player and be able to support related departments following assigned scope of work
