I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Understand the Strategy of the Line of Business
Supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals.
Support to implement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price and Communication adapted to the offer, manage pricing updates, and mix management strategies to defend margin while attaining the targeted goals
Product Positioning
Define the unique value proposition of the product and articulate its positioning in the market ( Product line, pricing, focus segmentation)
Differentiate the product from competitors and communicate its key features and benefits.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Provide the elements required to support the offer growth and build the relevant action plans to ensure a good level of representation in the Ecosystem
Contributes to defining and implementing all necessary action plans to boost the offers (especially Solution offers and prescription).
Ensure that all relevant resources are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the entity and have the right tools/methodologies.
Organize training for Sales Teams and customers
Help Businesses generate leads
Organize training for Sales Teams
Collect and give to the Line(s) of Business all relevant information
Support and ensure cross-selling to other Pipes (Partner Projects and/or Retail division/channels)
Support cross-selling in front of the Partner Projects and Retail sales and channels, promote the offer, mobilize the support of PAE where needed, help the other division's sales and offer/channel managers to platform the channel partners and establish strategies to gain more market share in these channels.
Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall product performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather input and insights.
Connect with Supply Chain demand planner regularly to ensure good level of product forecasting do anticipate the product demand ahead
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Skills
Market research and analysis.
Strategic planning and execution.
Content creation and storytelling.
Project management.
Collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Data analysis and interpretation.
Presentation skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Experience
4 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing /or tendering in the same or similar industries.
Having experience with Digital Power/ Low Voltage/ Medium Voltage business is an advantage
Good communication skills are critical for internal/external customer interface position
Fluent level of verbal and written English.
