The Product Marketing Manager will be expected to take the company's product marketing efforts to the next level while bringing their entrepreneurial spirit to the team. Their duties include studying the company’s products, build strategic portfolio related to product family, locating key features that will attract customers. The Product Marketing Manager which will develop Marketing collateral and distinct messaging that highlights and captures service positioning, value proposition, competitive edge and unique selling points.
This Manager should have knowledge and experience with both product line direction, management and marketing, focus on wide product range from Powder Application Beverage Ingredients to Nutrition, Health & Beauty related Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the creation and updates of company’s products family based on customer insight. Develop appropriate strategic product portfolio that match with market trends and customer’s preferences for a product and will manage the product launching process.
Work together with Marketing manager, Sales and other departments to manage, implement and promote its product launch.
Conduct public speaking and presentation to train both sales and customer support teams on the product’s features and how it operates.
Develop Marketing Requirements Documents highlighting service positioning, target market, competitive assessment, features, and recommended go-to-market strategy for new and existing products and services;
Market intelligence– be the expert on our competition and how to crush them;
Collaborate in the design and testing of market research to support value proposition development for existing and new service offerings; develop product messaging collateral that elevates and differentiates our products in the market;
Interact with industry analysts to understand emerging market trends and influences. Incorporate findings to inform value proposition and go-to-market initiatives.

2+ years of experience with Product Marketing in similar position; prefer expertised and experienced in FMCG or F&B Industry and have knowledge on Health and Nutrition products;
Business focus, well-developed analytical skills;
Experience with aligning products with customer segments to maximize revenue opportunities;
Solution driven mentality;
Report strategy and product alignment progress to the executive leadership team;
Develop on-demand reporting capabilities to measure product performance to enhance decision making;
Research skills in evaluating competitive landscape and identifying new opportunities;
Experience in bringing new products and innovations to the market;
