Compliance and Testing:

• Provide buyers with required standards under European regulations.

• Handle quotation requests and coordinate with laboratories for testing.

• Review and validate test reports in line with European standards.

• Collaborate with the customer’s legal department to confirm compliance.

• Monitor delivery times for test reports and ensure timely follow-up with laboratories.

Product and Packaging Validation:

• Ensure product packaging adheres to French market requirements.

• Draft quality control requests and validate sample sheets.

• Analyze quality control reports and address issues in coordination with the customer’s marketing department.

• Approve final product packs for suppliers.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between inspection companies and suppliers.

• Oversee order lead times and ensure smooth progress to quality control validation.

• Communicate with all involved parties to optimize timelines and processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Relevant educational qualifications in quality assurance or related fields. 

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in laboratories, testing, inspection, or retail industries. 

• Technical Knowledge : 

• Strong expertise in QA processes for garments, home textiles, shoes, and furniture. 

• Experience in raw material, semi-product, and finished product evaluation. 

• Knowledge of norms and standards (ISO, European Union Standards is a plus). 

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting. 

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer skills, calibration, and measurement equipment. 

• Language Proficiency : 

• Fluent English (written and verbal). 

• Basic French is a plus. 

• Soft Skills : 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Strong mindset with the ability to manage challenges effectively.
