Mô tả Công việc

Front Desk & Guest Relations

  • Welcome visitors: Greet and guide customers, partners, and guests to maintain a professional company image.
  • Announce arrivals: Notify and connect guests with the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Manage communications: Answer phone calls and emails, handle basic customer inquiries, and route information correctly.
  • VIP coordination: Collaborate with the Sales team on guest welcome boards and coordinate airport pickup schedules with drivers.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Meeting rooms: Manage room bookings via Outlook and ensure all audio-visual equipment is set up and functional.
  • Building liaison: Coordinate with building management regarding office operations, maintenance issues, and guest access notifications.
  • Office hygiene: Monitor and supervise the tea ladies to ensure the office remains perfectly clean and orderly.

Logistics & Administration

  • Mail handling: Receive, record, and distribute all incoming and outgoing internal and external mail, packages, samples and documents.
  • Inventory control: Organize and restock stationery in designated shelves and manage pantry snacks, drinking water in coordination with the tea lady.
  • Team support: Assist the Administration team with corporate events, employee engagement activities, and other assigned tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from University/College majoring in Languages, Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Software skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Appearance: Professional grooming and a neat, presentable appearance.
  • Strong passion for providing vital support.
  • Have attentiveness, adaptability, friendliness, responsibility, and a cooperative mindset.
  • Skills in both oral and written communication, as well as expertise in planning, organizing work, and event coordination.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages: Basic command of the English language.
