Welcome guests/customers positively and implement administrative duties under best quality
- Welcome customers at the time they have just come.
- Understanding the customers’ requests and guide them to appropriate person / office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Perform duties at telephone switchboard by transferring incoming call to appropriate person/office.
- Providing basic and accurate information of IVB to customers via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries to appropriate department
- Receive & deliver daily magazine, newspapers to the Board of Executives
- Assist secretary in any tasks as assigment
- Other duties shall be assigned by Section Head/Department Head.
- Female with bright appearance, height from 1,6 m
- Good skills of communication, time management, problem solving
- Professional attitude, appearance and soft voice.
- Active, tidy, clean, honest and enthusiastic in work, team-working
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience: have experience in relevant position is a plus
- Language: Basic English or Madarin - Chinese
