1. Take order for Trucking/Customs Declarations/Warehouse & Yard then work with suppliers for handling shipments.
2. Update data to Customers and Company’s systems to manage shipments.
3. Make rate daily report to Team Leader, update the changes if any.
4. Work related to payment and accounting for customer’s payment and supplier’s payment.
5. Do report to Team leader or upper level when required.
6. Other tasks as per company or leader request.
1. Bachelor Chinese degree and above in Logistics/Business/Commercial and other related subjects.
2. 6 months experienced in International/Domestics Logistics/Freight Forwarding, non-experienced will be training.
3. Good skill of computer & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, positive and friendly attitude, careful and accurate, diligent and inquisitive.
5. Have presentation skills, teamwork, and change management skills. Skills in analysis, planning, presentation.
6. High responsibility with sense of urgency with a detail-oriented focus and analytical thinking.
7. Good communicate Chinese skills, Chinese is compulsory.
