- This position was created to align with Schaeffler ‘s “Partner - End User “(PEUS) Strategy which aim to have more engagement with the end users together with our Partners and to drive profitable growth in targeted Steel, Cement, Paper Sectors.
- Responsible for sales growth of the assigned sectors.
- To develop strategic, strengthen and own relationship in all levels of MRO Customers in Steel, Cement, Paper Sectors. Understand customer business, organization & operation. Coordinate Internally and with Partners to deliver value, products & services to successfully gain more business share of end users in this Sector.
- Continuous learning and developing knowledge of the assigned Sector through trainings, self -studies, and others.
- Coordinate and plan well together with Partners and Schaeffler team to ensure deliver good and relevant values such as Parts availability, Field Services, Technical advisory for customers.
- Report timely marketing information and competitor’s information to manager.
- To provide accurate Sales forecast and plan for budget
- To achieve Schaeffler’s annual sale target
- To cooperate with concerned departments for solving the problems both internal and external parties.
- Other assignments that Management may request from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- 5-7 years working experiences in industrial sales and management levels.
- Good command of English both written and verbal. Good computer literacy.
- Strong Skill in Sales, Project management, Customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record.
- Analytical skill and systematic thinking. Self-motivation and well-organized in problem solving skill.
- Result oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
