MISSION - Represent IML Containers VN to existing and potential customers within the framework of company’s strategy.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Develop revenue in responsible section within the defined margin
2. Communicate with current customers / prospects hence identify their demands
3. Contribute to feasibility study and understand customers/prospect orientation to propose better solution.
4. Consult with Commercial Manager on cost price and provide coherence proposal.
5. Monitoring payment schedule of customers
6. Maintain up to date research for position of company on packaging market, competitors / potential competitors and evolution of packaging market.
7. Identify possible quality problems and ensure monitoring the corrective actions.
8. Respect information confidentiality.
9. Report observed or potential abnormalities, contribute to continuous improvement.
10. Evaluation customers’ satisfaction.
REQUIREMENT
1. Proficiency in English.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commercial Sector, Food Industry, Plastic Industry or related discipline.
3. 7+ years working experience in commercial.
4. Knowledge in plastic food packaging, production process.
5. Knowledge in food safety requirements.
6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
7. Confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities.
