Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers.
Make an action plan for each month.
Checks the quality of samples after receiving composition from R&D department, develops/improves new products together with the team leader and R&D staff.
Supports techniques to customers accompanying with R&D staff/director/vice director or alone as customers' request.
Responsibly deals with customer complaints.
Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Reports sales results to the team leader.
Arranges to send samples to customers with an instruction sheet.
Prepares and submits necessary documents to customers as their request.

Graduated university with a Food Major
Communicate well in English (4 skills of speaking, listening, reading & writing)
At least 3-year experience in an equivalent position (if having knowledge of food additives will be priority)
