Summary
Our Partner is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth, expanding distribution networks, and managing sales operations within the assigned market. This position is responsible for developing commercial strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective business performance and market expansion. The role also oversees sales team management, market development activities, and operational execution to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance for the retail channel across the Central region.
- Drive the expansion and enhancement of distribution networks within the assigned territory.
- Support the development and market penetration of product lines in the Central region.
- Coordinate with internal departments including finance, logistics, legal, supply chain, and related functions to ensure smooth business operations and issue resolution.
- Report business performance and provide recommendations on commercial plans and development strategies to management.
- Maintain communication and cooperation with customers and business partners regarding sales and market development activities.
- Work closely with suppliers and regional teams to exchange market updates, business direction, operational coordination, and resolve arising matters.
- Supervise and manage the assigned sales team.
- Process orders within the approved pricing framework.
