The ideal candidate will develop relationships with consultants, project owners, distributors, main contractors to present and sell company products portfolio to maximize revenue and client retention.
Approach to consultant companies from the beginning phase to spec-in ACO products during the first design phase until tender. Act as a consultant for explaining the role of products and specification to persuade customers to choose ACO solutions to apply to their projects.
Cooperate with consultant to approach owner/developer to use ACO solution design in their projects.
Make plan to visit and take care of consultant companies to strengthen relationship with them, then get project information and support consultant to design for using ACO product for their projects
Presentation/ training to provide more information of ACO products and technology as well as tighten relationship with customers, consultants.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing Customers/distributors and Looking for new Customers/distributors to develop the market.
Check and review tender documents & cooperate with Sales Support team to make quotation and biding.
Follow-up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right way to win contract.

Over 5 year experience in construction industry sales area (Ex: Construction material, M&E system, Drainage, products in Hospitality or F&B..) or have a few year experience to work at M&E consultant agencies, main contractors, Construction material distributors.
Have market connection through relation to many design consultants
Prefer bachelor's degree of engineering background as Construction/ Mechanical / Industrial / Process Engineering/ architecture/construction management.
Advanced level of English in written and verbal communication skills.
