Our client is a top leading outsourcing company that implements various high-tech solutions in the field of document management, such as digitization, electronic and physical storage of documents, paperless approval and signing. We are looking for potential candidates for positon of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with details:

  • Active cold calling: phone calls, face-to-face meetings, participation in events, networking;
  • Identifying new large and promising clients and establishing business contacts;
  • Conducting presentations of the company's services;
  • Participation in complex multi-level negotiations;
  • Preparation of effective (resulting) commercial proposals, comparison with the client’s costs, presentation of the main benefits;
  • Bringing transactions to signing, concluding contracts;
  • Implementation of a personal sales plan;
  • Control of payment of contracts;
  • Development of long-term partnerships with clients;
  • Proactive support of existing clients and developing of up-selling opportunities
  • Constant growth of the sales pipeline;
  • Maintaining of a CRM system: recording all contacts and information on working with clients, current activity and transaction statuses, sales forecasts
  • Maintaining good internal working relationships;
  • Constant analysis of the company's services market and its development trends.
  • Timely reporting and overall proactively maintaining close connection with global team
  • Having own client base will be an advantage
  • other tasks will be assigned by line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B IT solutions (especially cloud solutions), Logistics, Business services, B2B services – preferably with a long deal cycle.
  • Knowledge of the document management systems market is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic principles of ERP systems is preferred
  • Experience with legal documentation and protocols of disagreements
  • Knowledge of the basics of financial modeling and pricing based on cost data
  • Good communicate in English at work
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to read and correctly understand technical documentation
  • Desire to conduct a large number of personal meetings with potential clients
