- Looking for potential customers/partners and promising projects
- Develop strategic plans and business strategies
- Monitor regional business activities to promote sales to meet targets.
- Analyze market information, customer feedback and information about competitors and propose appropriate product development plans, business plans, and marketing activities.
- Making sales plan, co-branding plan
- Training, coaching, capacity assessment, and development of sales staff
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Report work progress periodically and/or unexpectedly as required by management levels.
- Over 5 years of experience in trade and sales management.
- Proven success in increasing sales through international and domestic trade contracts and sales activities.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics processes, and market analysis.
- Experienced in building and managing relationships with clients across various industries.
- Being good at communication, having the ability to work under pressure and to make a sales plan as well.
- Self-activated-ness
- At least intermedium level of oral and written skills in English
- Responsibility, discipline
